What do you get when you add a tripod, tiny remote, and two creatively talented individuals? A full blown do-it-yourself photoshoot! We had always planned to hire a pro photographer, but when Covid makes your house off limits to any and everyone (sorry mom) you are forced to think outside of the box. 

Her name: Levi
Pronounced "Lee-Vi" and means joined in harmony.

True story: We are undecided on a middle name.

The name Levi is actually a boy's name of Hebrew origin meaning "joined, attached". In the Old Testament Levi was Matthew's given name before he became an apostle. Boom! Dropped that Bible knowledge on ya. So yes, our daughter will have a boy's name. Why? Because we absolutely fell in love with the sound of it and the meaning.

Pregnancy Cravings: Sugar and carbs by way of fruit (loads of it) and pizza.

True story: Kary blames dwayne's genes for the pizza cravings (without a shadow of a doubt).

Kary didn't have any weird or unusual cravings. Well, there was this one time she wanted Taco Bell (for the first time in 15 years) at 11pm at night - but we don't talk about that EVER. But the daily cravings usually include: green smoothies, grapes, apple sauce, oranges, strawberries, watermelon and yes, plenty of pizza.
